Maintenance

A maintenance contract with D&E Heating and Cooling saves our customers both time and money. When you sign up for a maintenance contract you get the following:

	Spring Clean & Service on Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps
	Fall Clean & Service on Gas, LP, or Oil Furnaces
	Humidifier Media Included (if present)
	Electric Air Cleaner cleaning
	No Overtime Rates On Other Service

By signing up and pre-paying you are locked in at that rate and avoid any necessary price increases throughout the year. By pre-scheduling you can avoid the annual rush.

Heat Pump Clean and Service includes:

	Inspect air filters
	Check blower belt tension, alignment & lube
	Check blower motor and lubricate
	Clean and adjust all controls
	Check indoor and outdoor heating systems
	Check CR Refrigerant levels
	Check defrost and cycle
	Check controls & electrical
	Check electrical heat
	Check Reversing Valve

Air Conditioning clean & service includes:

	Check air filters
	Check blower and motor and lubricate
