decided to officially take control of our future... AMANGEO Investments, Inc. was formed in 2007 to build our portfolio of
investments in real estate. We are a
family owned and operated business established to serve area property
owners. We manage single family homes,
multi-family homes, and commercial properties throughout the Greater
Cincinnati area. Our clients include
local owners and investors living across the nation. Our maintenance division, D&E
Management, LLC was established
in 2008 to perform physical maintenance for a growing client base of area
property owners. We provide general
maintenance, painting, remodeling, and equipment repairs. Our services also include landscaping, lawn
care, and snow removal. We are fully
licensed, bonded, and insured. Our HVAC division, D&E Heating and Cooling, LLC was founded in 2010 to provide an affordable alternative to the
area contractors. We provide complete
planning, service, and sales. As an
authorize distributor for Bryant equipment, we can meet or beat most
competitor pricing. Other brands and
services are available. Our brokerage, Freedom
Referral Group, LLC is our newest
division established in 2014 to perform leasing and sales for both commercial
and residential real estate in southern Ohio. As
a full service property management company we offer complete property management
services. All of our property
management services are provided at one low monthly fee. Our property managers are knowledgeable,
professional, prompt and courteous. We
began managing our own properties in 1994 with our first single family
investment property. We have grown
today to managing over 200 units. We
manage single family houses, multi-unit buildings, commercial properties, and
Elham is currently the administrator for a large 100+ unit retirement
community with over 20 employees. We
